Eligibility to Study

Applications for student visas should be submitted as soon as possible once you have received an acceptance letter from the educational institution.

To submit a Canadian visa application of this kind you will need to satisfy the following criteria:

• Have a valid letter of acceptance from an educational institution;
• Have adequate funds available to you to pay for your tuition and living expenses while in Canada;
• You must be able to demonstrate that it is your intention to return home when your studies are complete;
• Are in good health
• Are law-abiding and have no record of criminal activity
• Will not be a risk to the security of Canada

On successful completion of study and on satisfying the qualifying conditions under the General Skilled Worker Category, application would become eligible to apply and gain Permanent Resident Visa while during their stay in Canada.
