Citizenship and Immigration Canada established the Immigrant Investor Program to promote economic development and employment in Canada by attracting people with capital, business acumen and/or solid managerial skills for business immigration to Canada.

As a qualified Immigrant Investor, you and your immediate family can obtain Canada Immigration (Permanent Resident) Visas by investing CAD$ 400,000 for five (5) years under the Federal Program (applicants intending to reside anywhere in Canada, except Quebec) or the Quebec Program (applicants intending to reside in the province of Quebec). Both programs are Government guaranteed, assuring that your CAD$ 400,000 will be reimbursed in full, without interest, at the end of five (5) years.

Intended destination	Province of Quebec
Minimum net worth	CAD$ 800,000, legally obtained
Business and/or Management Experience	Management experience (planning, supervision and some control of human, physical and financial resources) acquired in a lawful, commercial, industrial or agricultural enterprise, OR management experience in a governmental or international organization
Investments	CAD$ 400,000 for five (5) years, Government guaranteed 0% interest. Financing is available
Miscellaneous	Medical examination and security background check
